Charles C. Neal, CPA - Senior Business Advisor

Mr. Neal is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years’ experience in the financial sector. During his career, Mr. Neal has held many high ranking positions that have allowed him to help individuals and small businesses become financially stable. He rose the corporate ladder during his employment with Spectrum Health Services Inc., when he became the Financial Director and assumed responsibility for all of the organization’s accounting activities . During his tenure at Spectrum, Mr. Neal was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and supervised accounting and billing collection managers, in addition to overseeing all financial operations, business, or functions at Spectrum Health Services.

 

Julia Cooper-Grear, CPA -  Senior Accountant

Ms. Cooper-Grear is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2002. She has more than ten years of experience in the financial sector, and over five years of experience in budgeting, financial management, and financial reporting. During her career, Ms. Cooper-Grear has held the positions of Vice President of Finance, Senior Financial Analyst, and Business Associate. Ms. Cooper-Grear brings her accounting and financial management expertise and professional leadership to the Pro Act Associates team.

 

Wilbur Jones - Senior Tax Accountant

Mr. Jones is an experienced Financial Management officer with over ten years of experience in the financial sector. Mr. Jones is a Certified Public Accountant who earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.

He has experience developing accounting and tax practices and has led accounting audits, in addition to researching and formulating tax strategies for American and International companies. Mr. Jones will bring his strong work ethic and dedication to Pro Act Associates Inc.


Olie N. Walker Jr. – Marketing Consultant

Mr. Walker received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1991 from Hampton University. As a Marketing Consultant, he has more than ten years of experience working directly with small businesses.

During his career, Mr. Walker has included a broad range of professional responsibilities, including brand management, logo development and promotions, as well as social media management and product placement. His experiences also include business-to-business account management and loyalty rewards programs. As a lifelong student of marketing with an eye for detail, Mr. Walker is always looking for innovative ways to increase his clients’ brand awareness. Mr. Walker brings over twenty years of business expertise and creative know how to the team of Pro Act Associates Inc.


Iman Martin - Social Media Specialist

Ms. Martin is a recent graduate from La Salle University where she earned a Master’s degree in Professional Business Communications. While at La Salle University, she expanded her knowledge on effective communication to diverse audiences, presenting clear and concise issues.

Prior to her enrollment at La Salle University, Ms. Martin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Temple
University. At Temple University, she horned the necessary skills for effective marketing campaigns.

Ms. Martin gained her marketing experience from various internships positions. She recently joined Pro Act Associates Inc. (PAA) team to begin her professional career with responsibilities to develop media presence and
marketing campaigns for PAA.


E. J. Newton – Administrative Support

Ellen J. Newton is an administrative professional with extensive experience in office systems, procedures, and management. Her career spans employment from the non-profit to the corporate sector, during which she has mastered skills in writing, research and computer operations. In addition, Ms. Newton has contracted as a business consultant, performed special event planning and served as a volunteer board member.

As a member of the former Charles C. Neal, CPA and Consulting Firm staff, Ms. Newton has knowledge and expertise that she will bring to help make the transition to Pro Act Associates, Inc. (PAA), to a smooth and seamless experience for our clients, advisors and others that do business with us.
